Sara Danielsson


Sara Danielsson is a graphic designer and multidisciplinary artist from Portland, Oregon currently based out of Malmö, Sweden. Her practice encompasses the mediums of visual identity, editorial design, animation and illustration. Combining digital and analogue processes using texture, movement, and experimentation, she produces work that feels contemporary and exciting while retaining a tactile, humanistic quality.

“Everything that Dies Someday Comes Back”, student zine, 2023
Early in my first year of studying the visual design program at Östra Grevie folkhögskola, we were given the assignment to create a zine based on the theme of “nostalgia”. This zine is titled after of my favorite albums, “Everything that Dies Someday Comes Back”, by experimental metal band The Body.  It’s a very short zine, but includes images I have taken that have particular relevance to me and my life.
